Financial Controller, Poole, £55,000
As the Financial Controller within this well-established team, you will be joining the company at an exciting time as their global reach is expanded all over the world. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will take full responsibility for the US and UK businesses, managing the Finance Department, producing financial reports, annual budgets and forecasts.

Financial Controller Responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial controls and policies.
- Ensure adherence to statutory laws and financial regulations.
- Oversee year-end processes, audits, and tax returns in collaboration with external accountants.
- Prepare and present monthly financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to management and wider group.
- Manage finance team resources, performance measures, and development, while ensuring compliance with group strategies.
Financial Controller Skills & Experience Required
- Qualified Accountant ACCA or CIMA, or relevant industry experience.
- Experience in a Senior Management position.
- Proficiency in Inventory Accounting and International Accounting.
- Highly skilled in Statutory Accounts prep, report writing and presentation.
- Ability to gain trust and influence outside of the finance department.
