  • Picking up phone calls and replying to emails
  • Updating invoices and payments on Sage
  • Sending invoices to clients and other stakeholders
  • Allocating cheques to clients and invoices
  • Looking after retentions - keeping spreadsheet up to date
  • Responding to customer queries
  • General admin, data input
  • Checking and updating ledger balances
