We are seeking an HR Administrator and Bursar's PA to join our busy Admin Team.

The successful applicant will be:

  • organised, flexible, friendly and self-motivated
  • they will have a calm manner and an ability to communicate effectively with children, parents and colleagues
  • they will have experience of managing recruitment and HR procedures with meticulous attention to detail and due regard for confidentiality
  • experience of working within a school environment would be advantageous, although not essential

    • CIPD qualification would be desirable
    • evidence of recent involvement in professional development
    • awareness of Safeguarding principles Skills and experience
    • experience of working in administration
    • experience of HR work
    • effective verbal and written communication skills
