If so, Spider is advertising on behalf of a home improvement company who are looking to recruit a number of Labourers to remove Spray Foam that has been installed in residential properties across the UK

About the role:
UK householders have recently discovered that they cannot remortgage or sell their homes after installing spray-foam insulation to cut energy use. Therefore, this company have a surge of homeowners looking to have Spray Foam removed from their homes, so they are busy and have an ever-expanding order book
Key Duties include:
Assess & Plan : Evaluate existing spray foam insulation to determine the best removal method
Safe Removal : Use specialised tools to carefully remove spray foam while preserving the underlying structure
Compliance : Ensure all materials are disposed of according to environmental and safety standards
Preparation : Prepare spaces for re-insulation or other work post-removal
Team Collaboration : Work with colleagues to complete projects on time and to a high standard
Safety First : Maintain a clean, safe work environment with proper PPE usage

About you:
Experience : Knowledge of building and construction is advantageous although previous installers of spray foam or spray foam removal experience would be ideal
Detail-Oriented : Strong attention to detail and thoroughness
Communication : Effective verbal communication skills
Team Player : Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
Problem-Solver : Initiative and quick problem-solving abilities
Mobile : Able to work in various locations across the UK
