Invision are representing a Construction company who are seeking to recruit an Administrator to join a reputable £500 million turnover company, located in Cheshunt, Hertfordshire This will be to provide administrative assistance within a busy Department.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for the direct supervision of the Central Administration Tea.
- You will also indirectly support for the administration of a 20-strong team of professionals.
- Full responsibility for the accuracy, housekeeping, and continued service of the Customer Service database intranet.
- Overall responsibility within the Administration team for the monitoring that my client is delivering all company processes and procedures.
- Inputting and processing of invoices.
- Compiling of reports and handover to the Director.
- Have ownership of company database, effectively championing the company intranet.
- Management of day-to-day administration of the office, including maintenance of filing systems, financial records, and project databases.
- Diary management, scheduling appointments, organising travel, administrative reporting, and drafting correspondence.
- Deal with all new enquires mainly by email via HRL inbox and telephone.
- Run and collate a suite of management reports.
- Builing effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Effective liaison with other departments, team members and sub-contractors as required.
Requirements:
- 7+ Proven years of Administration experience.
- Experience of management duties.
- Experience within the Construction, property or maintenance sector would be ideal.
- Excellent Organisational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Has the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Excellent time management skills, meets deadlines
- Outstanding communication skills, verbal and written
- Proactive and flexible approach
- Works collaboratively and builds good working relationships
