This alternative provision is looking for a Behaviour Mentor to provide 1-2-1 support for a Key Stage 4 Student with SEMH needs. This role requires a mentor who has previously worked with young people who have struggled to engage with education.
As a Behaviour Mentor you will be working on a 1-2-1 basis, managing challenging behaviours and providing academic support. This role is full-time 08:30 â 15:30, Monday â Friday from September 2024.
Job Role:
- Supporting challenging behaviours on a 1-2-1 basis.
- Working as a Behaviour Mentor / Teaching Assistant.
- Acting as a positive role model for students.
- Delivering 1-2-1 intervention sessions focused on communication and behaviours.
- Helping students to reengage with education.
- A long-term role as a Mentor.
- Excellent rates of pay.
- Brilliant support from the Pastoral and Behavioural Teams.
- Training, and resources for personal development.
- An opportunity to make a difference and be valued by as supportive SLT.
