MSite has an exciting opportunity for a Stock Controller to join our Team working Liverpool. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £25,000 per annum.

The role:

As our Stock Controller, you will be responsible for all in house & external stock ensuring levels are maintained & all assets are accounted for.

What you will do as our Stock Controller:
Receipting of goods in a time manner & creating database of goods received notesEnsuring all incoming fleet stock is recorded into the accounting system daily & working with the operations team to identify any damages/faulty itemsMaintaining a clean & tidy stock room & creating a new location system & mapUndertaking weekly stock checks to ensure a clean month end stock takeIssuing of stock from accounting systemOrdering of consumables/stock when prompted by the system/forecastPreparing and issuing stock to factoryWorking with the project coordinators to ensure jobs have been fulfilledAssisting with month end reportsWorking with the engineering controller to ensure van & external stock levels are maintained & updated weeklyMaintaining asset register & daily checks of equipment checked out
Our ideal Stock Controller will have:
Experience of working in a high-skilled, highly creative, fast paced environmentMinimum of 2 years experience within a stock related roleStrong communication skillsEnthusiastic, energetic and proactive approach to workAbility to work, negotiate and influence at all levelsApproachable, engaging and trusting characterStrong integrity, professionalism and confidential manner
