Are you a ServiceNow Architect looking for a challenging new opportunity?

Sopra Steria's Government and Transport sector are recruiting for a unique ServiceNow Principal Architect role to work across a variety of clients in the public sector. This is a senior role within the ServiceNow Practice that offers the opportunity to influence the technical direction and facilitate the growth of the team moving forward. You will be a ServiceNow expert, and have previous experience working in architecture delivering end-to-end solutions within ServiceNow. We are also looking for an individual that has a proven track record leading and building teams, and be comfortable collaborating with internal and external stakeholders at various levels.

While you will be working from home a lot of the time there will be some travel associated with the role, more than likely a couple of times a month.

What you'll be doing:

 Technical Leadership and Management of the team with three direct reports currently

To Define the scope and deliverables for assignments with ‘client’ (internal or external) for the definition and execution of solutions architectures to integrate all of a client’s requirements

Deliver assignments in accordance with agreed scope, time, financial and quality measures

Ensure effective client engagement and stakeholder management during assignment (may include management of subcontractors and partners)

Share personal knowledge of ‘expert and specialist areas’ through coaching and mentoring, running workshops, establishing ‘special interest groups’

What you’ll bring:

Demonstrable ServiceNow Architect experience (Workshop Facilitation, Story Validation, designing customer requirements into a functioning solution)

Demonstrable experience of ServiceNow Implementations

Experience of writing Solution Design Documents

Experience mentoring and guiding junior resources in ServiceNow Implementations

Line Management experience

It would be great if you had:

Certified Technical Architect

Experience of Cloud solutions - AWS / Azure

Location: Can be based anywhere in the UK
