We are looking for a dedicated and self-motivated HR Systems and Operations Manager to join our Client’s People Team. The role:

Serve as a crucial point of contact between executive leadership and employees

Manage all People Operations functions, such as onboarding / offboarding, benefit & compensation administration, employee relations AI solution, visa-related requests, payroll, time off requests, and performance management

Build and implement a system to support an inclusive and diverse community throughout the company

Facilitate and lead employee relations activities, including conducting internal audits and disciplinary meetings alongside building a self-serve AI solution with R&D team

Plan and direct employee engagement events, which promote a high-performing, inclusive, and mission-driven culture

Maintain industry leading practices to foster a best in class workforce and culture of security and compliance

Maintain awareness of industry best practices for data maintenance handling as it relates to your role

Adhere to policies, guidelines and procedures pertaining to the protection of information assets

Lead planning and execution of HR project initiatives, encompassing research, data analysis, design, and action plan implementation.

Manage diverse projects such as performance management, onboarding improvements, HR system transitions, HR process enhancements, policy updates, Learning & Development Programs, and intranet content management, AI ER solution

Coordinate cross-functional project planning and implementation alongside the People & Culture and HR teams.

Partner with various stakeholders and senior leadership to define project scope, objectives, timelines, and accountabilities.

Ensure timely and cost-effective completion of action plans and project deliverables.

Act as the primary contact for project progress updates to senior leadership.

Drive change management processes during project implementation.

Process Development & Communication:

Design and implement special project processes and procedures.

Liaise with cross-functional teams, vendors, and the Communications team to ensure project success and organisational awareness.

The person:

Degree educated, or equivalent

Human Resources project management/ People Operations experience, preferably at a high-growth tech company / start-up

Passion and future thinking in all things technology and AI

Experience building, maintaining and presenting HR data analytics

High emotional and social intelligence with experience fostering positive, strong relationships with diverse groups of people

Excellent verbal and written communication skills that demonstrate a high level of professionalism

Highly organised and detail-oriented; you can handle multiple projects and dynamic priorities without missing a beat

Passionate about people and how they function together to create a valuable organisation

Comprehensive understanding of project management principles, including scope, schedule, risk, and change management.

Ability to collaborate effectively, influence, consult, and partner with various stakeholders.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.

Demonstrated ability to delegate tasks, follow-up, and maintain project timelines.
