Job Title: Data Entry Admin

Location: Mirfield

Remuneration:

- Hourly Rate: 11 to 12 per hour

Contract Details: Temp to Perm

Responsibilities:

  • Managing all administrative tasks related to warehouse operations
  • Maintaining accurate records of stock levels, shipments, and inventory
  • Collaborating with the warehouse team to ensure smooth logistics and warehousing processes
  • Assisting with compliance procedures and ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations
  • Coordinating export shipping processes, including documentation and customs procedures
  • Handling customer queries and providing exceptional service to meet their needs
  • Supporting the warehouse supervisor in day-to-day activities
  • Utilising computer systems to manage stock levels and generate reports
  • Being proactive in identifying areas for process improvement and implementing efficient solutions
  • Maintaining a tidy and organised work environment

  • Knowledge of export shipping processes, including documentation and customs procedures
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
  • Proficiency in computer systems and software used for stock management and reporting
