The Role:
Are you a people person with a passion for driving results?
We have an exciting opportunity to join a client of ours and help connect their finance customers with their sales team navigating from both sites. As a Retention Specialist your role will involve calling their customer database and booking appointments and for every successful booking, you ll be paid The more appointments, the more you earn
Responsibilities & Requirements of Retention Specialist:
Analysing our database of finance renewals for multiple sites, identifying customers that are approaching end of contract.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
Identify customer needs and preferences to recommend relevant products or services.
Follow up on customer inquiries and service visits to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.
Work closely with sales and service teams to coordinate customer retention strategies and promotions.
Track and analyse customer feedback to improve retention efforts and overall customer experience.
Achieve retention targets and appointment booking goals set by management.
Maintain an up-to-date customer database to keep track of interactions and opportunities.
Promote loyalty programs and special offers to encourage customer engagement.
Stay informed about new vehicle models and services to provide accurate information to customers.
The Package:
Basic Salary: £25,000 + OTE of up to £37,000
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am 6:30pm
No Weekends
