Role Overview:
In this pivotal role, you will support the students' academic journeys and personal growth. You'll cover teaching sessions, offer guidance, and maintain a positive learning atmosphere. Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise and manage students times of teacher absence.
* Cultivate a productive and respectful learning environment.
* Monitor student behaviour and ensure compliance with school policies.
* Deliver pre planned lessons.
* Work closely with teachers and support staff to meet individual student needs.
* Keep accurate records of student progress and behaviour.
* Provide feedback and reports to senior staff as needed.

Requirements:

* A strong passion for education and student development.
* Experience working with young people in an educational setting is highly desirable.
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Ability to effectively manage and motivate students.
