    In return, you will benefit from an attractive salary and the opportunity to fast track your progression to a team leader role. You'll work part-time, with the flexibility to choose your working days and only one day per week required in the office.

    You'll handle a varied caseload, ensuring a seamless transition and a superior client experience. Working primarily on complex family law cases, you’ll have the unique opportunity to participate in the ongoing drive to refine and improve the firm's approach to family law and incorporate the use of technology and AI.

    As the ideal candidate, you will have 5-7 PQE, ideally with a background from a Legal 500 firm. You'll have demonstrated experience in running your own caseload and exhibiting leadership capabilities. An open-minded and positive personality is essential, as well as a keen desire for work-life balance.
