CNC Setter / Operator (Full Programming Training)

£27,500 - £35,000 + Technical Training + Premium Overtime + Performance Bonus + 33 Days Holiday + Early Finish Friday + Life Assurance

Workshop Based, commutable from commutable from Exeter, Topsham, Bovey Tracey, Newton Abbot, Dawlish, Torquay, Totnes, and surrounding areas

This company are a well established business, with a small team of technical experts who work on the production of precision parts for their industry. They are a close knit group of experts and dure to high demand for their products they are looking to add to their team of machinists.

On offer is a fantastic opportunity to join a close knit team working as a CNC Setter / Operator, working on Milling and Turning and being given the opportunities to develop your skillset through training as well as the ability to increase your earnings through optional premium overtime.

This role would suit a CNC Setter / Operator looking to join an established business and be part of a close knit team, having the ability to affect their career development and earnings all whilst ensuring you keep a great work life balance.

The Role:
*Production of precision parts for the Marine industry, using CNC Milling and Turning Machines
*On-The-Job Training on programming and specific machinery to develop your skillset
*Monday to Friday Days based with an Early Finish on Friday

The Person:
*Experience on CNC Machinery
*Looking to join a close knit team and continue your development.
