Job Description - Real Estate Tax Assistant Manager - London
- Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring all tax obligations are met in a timely and accurate manner.
- Provide expert advice to clients on a wide range of tax-related matters, including planning, compliance, and reporting.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Work closely with colleagues across different departments to provide integrated services to clients.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in tax legislation and communicate these changes to clients.
- Assist in the training and development of junior staff members.
- Participate in business development activities to grow the client base.
- Ensure the highest level of client service is consistently delivered.
Profile
A successful Real Estate Tax Assistant Manager should have:
- Professional tax or accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CTA).
- Proven experience in a tax role within the Professional Services industry.
- Good awareness of specialist taxes and their application in the real estate sector
- Excellent client management and business development skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
