About the Role:
Career Teachers is seeking a dynamic and dedicated KS2 Teacher to join our team in Doncaster. As a Full-Time KS2 Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to Key Stage 2 students, nurturing their academic and personal development. This role offers an immediate start and competitive pay, providing you with the opportunity to inspire and support students within a vibrant school community.

Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum, catering to the diverse needs of students.
Assess students' progress through formative and summative assessment methods, providing timely feedback to support their learning.
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes curiosity, critical thinking, and academic achievement.
Manage classroom behavior effectively, implementing positive behavior management strategies and fostering a culture of respect and cooperation.
Collaborate with colleagues and school leadership to develop and implement innovative teaching practices and initiatives.
Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers, providing updates on students' progress, achievements, and areas for development.

Skills Required:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with experience teaching Key Stage 2 students.
Thorough understanding of the KS2 curriculum and assessment frameworks.
Excellent classroom management skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
Adaptability and flexibility to respond to the evolving needs of students and the school community.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and reflective practice.
Passion for education and a genuine desire to make a positive difference in students' lives.
