It is looking for new qualify profiles who want to face demanding and challenging career path with the following requirements:IMICIBWO
Scope and Purpose• responsible for the execution of transactions, including due diligence analysis, debt structuring, credit proposals/business committee docs/internal rating materials, negotiation/revie w of legal documentation, preparation of marketing materials (together with loan syndication/DCM), closing and funding; • collaborate and coordinate with other areas of the bank to ensure smooth marketing/approval processes and deal execution; • primary responsibility in monitoring and management of the credit performance of the portfolio; • maximize the cross-selling and ancillary revenue contribution from the loan commitments; and • support the professional growth of junior colleagues assigned to the deal team.
Required Experience5 years of relevant experience (with market knowledge and relationship with Sponsors / Banks)
Competencies Required Strong understanding and competency of all aspects of the leveraged finance and capital markets businesses, from origination to structuring to execution Proven strong credit, analytical, financial modelling, debt structuring, rating analysis and legal documentation skills Ability to analyze and conduct independent due diligence of transactions, plus identify industry/market trends Background in preparation of marketing materials/commercial pitches to clients
Required Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge Degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting Extensive capabilities in teamworking and process management (with tight deadlines) with internal and external stakeholders Strong degree of commitment and flexible mindset Strong communication skills: ability to get ideas across and present proposals (risks and mitigants) in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner Right to work in UK
