My client, a highly regarded and entrepreneurial practice serving a national and international client base, seeks a senior lawyer to take a pivotal role in the firm's product liability offering. This is an exciting opportunity in what continues to be a fast-growing area of law in the regulatory space. Lawyers with some experience in this area and looking to specialise are of particular interest.

You will be focussed on a fast-moving area of law where decisive leadership in the first 48 hours is key in limiting clients' reputational damage, financial exposure and loss of consumer confidence. Work can be UK based, European and international. With a good understanding and knowledge of the regulatory bodies, you will be involved in creating an action plan and strategy for dealing with customers, media, employees and any other relevant parties. The firm has considerable experience dealing with investigations and prosecutions arising from product failures. Additionally, you will be involved in ongoing training for key clients, spanning a vast range of industry sectors.

The role can be hybrid, time based in the office will be bespoke, dependent on the successful individual.
You should be a strong communicator, with exposure to product liability matters and keen to specialise in this area.
