We are excited to offer an excellent opportunity for a dedicated Room Leader to grow within a excellent nursery setting. Located in the beautiful area of Brentwood, this nursery boasts excellent facilities and a kind, supportive management team. They take pride in providing exceptional care and support for children aged 0 months to 5 years. This role can be based in one of 3 rooms, with children ages 1-2 years, (phone number removed) years or 2-3 year olds.

At this nursery, they frequently take children out on trips and throw extraordinary parties and events at key times throughout the year, such as Christmas and Easter. This is a fantastic chance to be part of a dynamic and nurturing environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Be a key worker
  • Support children's learning and development
  • Record children's development using an Early Years software
  • Complete medium and short-term planning
  • Oversee staff within the room
  • Communicate with parents and caregivers
Requirements:
  • Level 3 Childcare qualification and above
  • Enhanced DBS certificate (if you don't have one, the nursery will apply for one)
  • Room Leader role experience is preferred; however, if you are an experienced practitioner looking for your next step, this will also be highly considered
