Bydd PACD yn gweithredu fel cwmni cyfyngedig drwy warant (gyda'r potensial i fabwysiadu statws elusennol ar yr amser priodol), o fewn fframwaith llywodraethu cadarn a thryloyw. Wrth galon y Bartneriaeth bydd Bwrdd cytbwys, cynhwysol, amrywiol a medrus a fydd yn canolbwyntio ar ein cyfeiriad strategol.

Gan gynnwys swydd y Cadeirydd, bydd y Bwrdd yn penodi rhwng chwech ac wyth aelod i adlewyrchu diddordebau'r sector chwaraeon a gweithgarwch corfforol a'r sgiliau a'r arbenigedd sydd eu hangen i gyflawni uchelgais Canolbarth De Cymru.

Manylion Allweddol

Lleoliad: Bydd lleoliad y cyfarfodydd yn newid am yn ail ar draws cyfleusterau partneriaid yng Nghanolbarth De Cymru.

Tymor: Pedair blynedd gydag ail dymor (yn amodol ar gymeradwyaeth) o dair blynedd.

Tâl: £5,000 y flwyddyn, ynghyd ag unrhyw gostau rhesymol sy'n codi wrth gyflawni dyletswyddau yn unol â Pholisi Cyllid a Gweinyddu PACD.

Ymrwymiad: I ddechrau bydd y Bwrdd yn cyfarfod yn fisol, ond bydd yr amledd yn cael ei adolygu yn dilyn y chwe mis cyntaf o weithredu wrth iddo ddod yn fwy sefydledig.

Pwrpas

Prif rôl Bwrdd PACD yw sicrhau bod cyfeiriad strategol ac amcanion PACD yn cael eu datblygu, monitro perfformiad a defnyddio gwybodaeth a dysg i wella a thargedu ei darpariaeth yn barhaus. Bydd PACD yn gweithio gyda Chwaraeon Cymru i fuddsoddi yn y rhanbarth yn flynyddol.

Rôl y Cadeirydd

Mae hwn yn gyfle cyffrous i arweinydd profiadol, trawsnewidiol a all helpu i lunio dyfodol chwaraeon a gweithgarwch corfforol yng Nghanolbarth De Cymru. Rydyn ni'n chwilio am unigolyn ysbrydoledig sy'n angerddol am werth ac effaith chwaraeon a gweithgarwch corfforol cymunedol a'r gred y dylai pawb fod yn actif gyda'i gilydd, am oes. Bydd hon yn rôl proffil uchel, yn dylanwadu ar bolisi a strategaeth ranbarthol a chenedlaethol ac ar flaen y gad o ran dylunio a datblygu chwaraeon a gweithgarwch corfforol cymunedol yng Nghymru.

Gan weithio gyda'r Tîm Gweithredol, rôl y Cadeirydd yw darparu arweinyddiaeth effeithiol a chyfeiriad strategol, gan ganolbwyntio ar weledigaeth, gwerthoedd craidd, llywodraethu ac amcanion PACD gan sicrhau'r canlynol:

* Mae gweledigaeth glir, cyfeiriad strategol ac amcanion ar gyfer y rhanbarth.

* Mae digon o adnoddau cynaliadwy i gyflawni'r cynllun strategol hyd at 2028 a thu hwnt. Mae hyn yn cynnwys y gallu i arallgyfeirio ffrydiau refeniw, gan gynnwys cyllid a chyfleoedd masnachol gyda phartneriaid a noddwyr, a hefyd sicrhau bod gan y sefydliad reolaeth a chysylltiadau rhanddeiliaid rhagorol.

* Mae'r Bwrdd yn canolbwyntio ar berfformiad sefydliadol, cynaliadwyedd ariannol a chyflawni ei nodau a'i amcanion corfforaethol.

* Cynhelir y safonau uchaf o ran llywodraethu corfforaethol a thegwch, a chydymffurfir â'r holl ofynion cyfreithiol a rheoleiddiol.

* Mae cyfathrebu effeithiol rhwng Aelodau'r Bwrdd a'r Tîm Gweithredol.

* Mae'r Arweinydd Strategol Rhanbarthol yn cael ei reoli, ei arwain a'i gefnogi.
