CRM Executive

The CRM Executive will work across both the print and digital channel teams, this role will manage the day-to-day execution of campaigns, always thinking customer-first. This is a global role, responsible for managing the planning, briefing and execution of customer contact strategies across different audiences and online and offline touchpoints.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support channel managers in the day-to-day execution of customer-focused campaigns.
- Responsible for managing the briefing of campaigns across print and digital from briefing through to delivery.
- Suggest working practices to improve operational rigour, documentation, knowledge sharing and stakeholder comms.
- Responsible for keeping cross channel team documents updated and any changes are communicated to relevant internal and external teams.
- Work with the CRM team to enhance/develop and implement new retention programmes. THE EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- A minimum of 1 years' experience in a similar role that covers a broad range of experience.
- An understanding of customer lifecycle marketing. A BIT ABOUT YOU
- Excellent multi-tasker who takes pride in accuracy and delivering strong results.
- Outstanding organisational and project management skills.
- Excellent people skills and can influence at all levels with a positive attitude.
