A well-established and multi-accredited Law firm in East Yorkshire is seeking a dedicated and experienced Solicitor to join its Private Client department at its York office. This role offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth and skill development in a supportive environment.

Location: York, East Yorkshire
Position: Full-time / Part-time Solicitor
Department: Private Client

Key Responsibilities:

Provide Legal advice on a range of Private Client matters including Wills, Probate and Estate Administration, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trust Administration, and Tax ReturnsLiaise effectively with Clients, other professionals, and internal colleaguesManage an independent caseload efficientlyCollaborate with a team of experienced and talented LawyersOpportunity to further develop skills and knowledge in Wills, Trusts, and Probate matters

Requirements:

Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE (Post-Qualification Experience)Experience in dealing with Private Client Matters such as Wills, Probate, and TrustsStrong Client management and communication skillsAbility to manage an independent caseload and work collaboratively within a team
