Bennett & Game are proud to represent a Multi-Disciplinary Construction Consultancy, who are currently seeking a CDM Advisor / Principal Designer to join them based from their Lichfield or Worcester office. The PD / CDM Advisor will be working on a range of projects including; listed buildings, heritage, conservation, healthcare, industrial and commercial. The candidate will be working closely with the PM team completing a range of CDM duties. CDM Assistant Position Salary & Benefits Salary: £25k - £35k DOE25 days holiday plus BHPension schemeJob Location: Lichfield / Worcester (hybrid set-up can be discussed)Job Title: Principal Designer / CDM AdvisorStart date: ASAP (happy to wait for notice periods)Working hours: Monday to FridayFurther details can be discussed CDM Assistant Position Overview Working closely with the PM team to complete CDM and PD worksAssist in undertaking principal designer duties, as defined by the Construction (Design and Management) regulations 2015 (CDM) and as otherwise required of the role, including site visits, preparation of the pre- construction documentation.Assist in the preparation of health and safety /CDM documentation for contractors and others.Attend design meetings site meetings and carryout site inspections.
