Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Cycling Personal Injury Claims in Manchester to lead our client's dedicated team of legal professionals. As the Head of Cycling Personal Injury Claims, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of cycling-related cases, from initial consultation to settlement or trial.

Responsibilities:

Manage a team of solicitors, paralegals, and support staff, providing guidance and support throughout the claims process.Conduct initial client consultations and assess the viability of cycling personal injury claims.Develop and implement case strategies to maximise the likelihood of successful outcomes for our clients.Liaise with insurance companies, medical professionals, and other relevant parties to gather evidence and build strong cases.Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings when necessary.Stay up-to-date with relevant legislation and legal developments in the field of personal injury law, particularly concerning cycling accidents.Foster strong relationships with cycling advocacy groups and community organisations to further our mission of promoting cyclist safety and rights.

Requirements:

Qualified solicitor/CILEx with a valid practicing certificate.Extensive experience in personal injury law, with a focus on cycling-related cases preferred.Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.Strong negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.Passion for cycling and a commitment to advocating for cyclist safety and rights.
