Engage Talent Partners are working exclusively with our client to recruit an Internal Salesperson.
The company is well-established and experiencing both local and international growth, making this an exciting time to join the team.
The role involves building and maintaining profitable relationships with customers while ensuring their needs are met.
Key responsibilities include:
- Promoting company products that align with customer needs.
- Processing customer quotes and orders.
- Handling customer queries and concerns.
- Communicating effectively with the Sales Manager, expeditor and fellow Internal Sales team members, regularly updating them to ensure sales and customer objectives are achieved.
- Identifying opportunities to maximize sales by negotiating with suppliers and manufacturers for improved terms.
The ideal candidate will have a proven background in sales or customer service, along with strong interpersonal, negotiation, and IT skills.
The company is people-oriented, offering a positive working environment, salary is up to 36,000 plus bonus and a number of employee benefits including company events and private healthcare.
