More about the role:Aviva Stadium, Dublin's premier venue for sports, concerts, and corporate events, prides itself on excellence and innovation. We are currently seeking a meticulous and dedicated Finance Administrator to join our finance team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth financial operations at the stadium, supporting various events and activities with precision and integrity.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
- Assist in managing the invoicing process, including the timely processing of incoming and outgoing payments
- Support the budgeting process by tracking expenses, monitoring variances, and ensuring adherence to financial plans
- Accurately maintain financial records and databases, ensuring all information is up-to-date and compliant with regulations
- Assist in the preparation of documentation and reports required for internal and external audits
- Provide administrative support to the finance team, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and handling correspondence
- Proven experience in a finance or administrative role
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of integrity and professionalism
- Proactive and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
