Job Title: Support Worker

Salary: 12- 15 per hour depending on experience

Job Description: We are committed to providing exceptional support services to individuals in need. Our mission is to empower and enable our clients to lead fulfilling lives. We are looking for enthusiastic and caring individuals to join our team as Support Workers. This role begins as a temporary position, with the exciting potential to become permanent after just 3 months.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care and support to clients, respecting their individual needs and preferences.
  • Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication management.
  • Foster a positive and encouraging environment, promoting independence and well-being.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, families, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of care provided.


Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a support worker or care-giving role is desirable but not essential.
  • A genuine passion for helping others and making a positive difference.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings.
  • Relevant qualifications or willingness to undertake training.
