The Role:

As part of our UGG Product team, you will support the Direct To Consumer UGG buying function across both our online and retail channels.

You will have the opportunity to own the UGG Outlet business, stores & online across EMEA through creating and trading commercial product ranges in-line with the brand goals, whilst also supporting on the full price business where needed.

You’re role will include ownership of the critical path, seasonal analysis, order management, Buy Plan maintenance and management of the OTB, whilst building and nurturing great relationships across the business.  

Your Impact:

  • Create seasonal briefs and manage sample & CAD sign offs for Outlet business, aligning with the critical path
  • Coach and develop the Buyer’s Admin
  • Set up and maintain Buy Plans and Allocation Plans, in accordance with EMEA line
  • Collaborate with the planning team on options and investment for the Outlet business by location across EMEA
  • Own sample sourcing for your line  
  • Contribute to key product meetings and reviews, representing the Outlet business
  • Maintain Pricing in Buy Plan, coordinating with Product merchandisers to ensure pricing for all markets is updated
  • Attend regular store visits
  • Prepare and share weekly, monthly and seasonal business reports including best and worst sellers and trade commentary
  • Produce Visual Range Plan for stores and online

  • Relevant experience as an Assistant Buyer within the fashion or footwear industry
  • Experience as a people manager is a plus
  • A true interest in the UGG brand and product
