ABOUT THE ROLE
As an integral part of our Supply Chain team, the Ecommerce Planner plays a vital role in managing the despatch process for online orders, ensuring accurate and timely deliveries to customer, and providing excellent customer service throughout the order fulfilment process.
The role as Ecommerce Planner is integral to the success of the company's online sales operations and in providing a high level of customer service.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Demand Planning for Chill Ecom orders Work closely with the Ecommerce department to build longer term volumes for Daylesford and Bamford which will allow our third-party to resource plan effectively. Work with the warehouse or inventory team to ensure accurate stock levels of ambient and non-food products, monitor inventory movements, and update inventory records as needed. Ownership of ordering and delivery schedules to maximise sales and minimise wastage. Coordinate the picking and dispatch of items for online orders ensuring that deadlines are met, and orders are packing in line with the company's specifications.Tracking and improving on the KPIs to ensure the dispatch team are performing in line with business objectives. Ensuring that our third-party Ecom dispatch process is efficient through the management of the KPIs and setting actions for the 3PL to improve cost and service Request and complete any internal transfers of stock required to fulfil online orders. Assist the creative team with stock for Photoshoot stock and Marketing team with press send outs. Overseeing ecommerce stocktakes and analysing the results to initiate process improvements and drive efficiencies and cost saving measures. You may be asked to perform other tasks as required by management deemed as a reasonable request.
SKILLS YOU WILL BRING
Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proven experience in a KPI driven environment. Proficient knowledge of MS Excel. Excellent planning and organisational skills. Team working skills. Attention to detail. Problem solving. Customer service experience. Time managementPERKS AND BENEFITS
