Our exciting Cambridge based client is currently searching for a Semiconductor Device Modelling Engineer to be responsible for evaluating devices through modelling and simulation. The role will involve modelling graphene based solid state devices and creating reports and presentations summarising modelling methods, finding and conclusions. Supporting customers with technical expertise and sharing research will be an important part of the role. Required skills for the Device Modelling Engineer will include:Semiconductor device simulation experienceAbility to develop FEM simulations of devices and systemsWork on multiple projects in parallel, prioritising appropriatelyStrong communication skillsHigher Degree (Masters/PhD) from a leading university in a related fieldPlease contact Rachel Anderson for further details.
