Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate a creative approach to attracting candidates, utilising various channels and platforms.
- Handle candidate registrations, conducting pre-screening and interviews as necessary, and guiding candidates through the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with the Recruitment Consultant to identify and source high-calibre candidates.
- Act as a representative of our client, maintaining excellent service standards and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer experiences.
- Provide general administrative support to the office, including data recording and liaising with other departments.
