Day-to-Day Cover Supervisors for September 2024

Location: Aylesbury, UK

Salary: 110- 120 per day

Are you an experienced educator seeking a rewarding opportunity in a dynamic secondary school environment? We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Cover Supervisors for day-to-day assignments starting in September 2024 in Aylesbury.



Candidate Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a UK secondary school is essential.
  • Strong classroom management skills.
  • Ability to engage and motivate students.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in various subjects and year groups.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise classes during the short-term absence of teachers.
  • Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment.
  • Deliver pre-planned lessons and ensure students remain on task.
  • Manage classroom behaviour in accordance with school policies.
  • Provide support to students, encouraging their progress and development.
