Sales Negotiator / Sales Progressor

Do you have any experience in Estate agency? If so we want to hear from you. My Watford based client is looking for a Sales Negotiator or Sales Progressor for their office based in Watford. My client is one of the top 3 leading High Street agents in the town and you will be joining a fantastic team, scope to make the role your own and supported to progress your career within this well-established agency.

Responsibilities for this Sales Negotiator/Progressor role will include:

Booking and conducting viewings
Negotiating offers
Offering a high level of customer service
Diary management and a good understanding of excel/word
Ability to establish quick rapport with applicants

Skills & Experience for this Sales Negotiator/Progressor role:

6 months (minimum) in estate agency
Driving license is essential
Exceptional communication skills
Smart, well-presented and professional in appearance and manner
Any valuation experience would be a bonus but not essential

Benefits for this Sales Negotiator/Progressor role include;

Basic up to £30k (DOE) + car allowance OTE up to £55k
Mon-Thur 8.45am-6pm Fri 8.45am-5pm Sat 9am-4pm 1 in 2 Rota basis
Ongoing training
