The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Painter and Decorator who can provide and complete high-quality painting and decorating projects at our Grade II listed building.

As part of our Maintenance team, you will play a critical role in making the best impression to our guests during their visit through your impeccable workmanship both in the grounds and inside the property.

    Role Specification:

  • Prepare surfaces and areas for decorating and painting.
Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers. Carry out all painting and decorating duties to a high standard across the property and grounds. Maintain tools and equipment in good condition. Adhere to all health and safety guidelines. Work independently and as part of a team to complete projects on time. Undertake activities to maintain safe and clean external environment.

Personal Specification:

Essentials

Proven experience as a Painter and Decorator.Proficiency in using painting tools and equipment.Excellent knowledge of painting materials and techniques.Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.Good physical condition and stamina.

Shift Pattern:

3 days a week - Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday22.5 hours per week7pm - 3am shift patternFull flexibility is key as you will be expected to work as and when necessary to meet the needs of the team and the business.
