Part Time/Full Time

An excellent locum opportunity has arisen for an Adult Social Care Solicitor to join a large and well-respected Local Authority in the East Midlands.


The duties of the successful Adult Social Care Solicitor will include;


* Handling Court of Protection applications
* Deprivation of Liberty
* Ordinary Residence
* Mental Capacity queries
* Providing general legal advice in relation to adult social care and mental health

The ideal candidate will have previous local government experience. This will be an on-going contract, with flexible working arrangements.
