A respected firm in west London is growing its Litigation Team with the hire of a new Senior Contentious Probate Solicitor. 

On offer is a good salary, great flexible working with a focus on work life balance, and a brilliant office culture. 

I placed a Senior Solicitor at this firm last year and they are thoroughly enjoying their new role since starting last year. 

This is an expansion role as the firm is experiencing a high demand for a contentious probate. 

Matters you will handle as the new Contentious Probate Solicitor include:

  • Estate disputes
  • Will validity challenges
  • Inheritance Act 1975 claims
  • TOLATA disputes

This firm in west London can offer you as its newest Contentious Probate Solicitor:

  • Excellent remuneration including bonus (salary advertised is purely a guide and is dependent on experience)
  • Flexibility including but not limited to hybrid working and varied working hours

  • 25 days annual leave

To be successful in your application, as a Contentious Probate Solicitor you must have:

  • 7+ years of PQE as a Solicitor
  • Experience in Contentious Probate
