OVERVIEW:Join us as our Menswear Designer to design, create, and develop Gymshark products.
Under the guidance and mentorship of the Senior Designers and Head of Design, you will collaborate with teams including Merchandising, Sourcing, and Product Development to deliver commercially ready products.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
Designing and executing seasonal designs for Gymshark. Creating and maintaining information on style evolution throughout the season. Partnering with Senior Designers to capture creative direction at a style level. Delivering design direction on agile timelines. Curating, maintaining, and approving lab dips for seasonal colour palettes. Researching athlete/fitness needs to communicate design and fit intent. Accurately communicating design specifications to cross-functional teams. Researching key trends aligning with Gymshark's consumers. Choosing materials and trims for commercial products. Presenting season designs confidently to Gymshark senior leadership. Accountable for:
Delivering designs on time, aligned with the creative direction. Translating design concepts into physical products with development partners. Designing cost-effectively to achieve seasonal margin targets. Learning new skills to enhance team output. Delegating tasks to Junior Designers to boost productivity and development. WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
Essential Criteria:
Education in Design or Textiles (BA, BFA, BS). Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator. Outstanding portfolio with versatile handwriting for various apparel products. Identify and execute key seasonal apparel trends. Experience in design-led environments and collaborating with Product teams. Strong storytelling of creative ideas and designs. Excellent communication skills within teams and cross-functionally. Present work confidently to stakeholders and senior management. Attention to detail and lateral thinking. Experience in print, pattern making, and 3D design is preferred. This is a hybrid role and would require the successful candidate to attend at least 3 days a week in GSIQ, Solihull, UK.
