The quality of work is exceptional acting for some major corporates and an interesting range of SME and OMB clients.  

As well as managing you own caseload, you will play a pivotal role in the department supporting lead partners with supervision, mentoring and business development. 

Across the department, there is expertise in handling mediations and ADR as well as litigation proceedings in the Chancery, Commercial, Technology and Construction Courts. 
Recent instructions undertaken by the team include: 

•    Breach of Contract
•    Professional Negligence 
•    Finance and Recovery 
•    IT & Technology Disputes 
•    Partnership Disputes 
•    Directorship and Shareholder issues
•    Warranty, Corporate and Derivative claims
•    Injunctions
