Job Description
What is the Opportunity?
You will be joining the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) UK team. ERM is part of Group Risk Management and is responsible for defining and implementing an effective risk framework and governance structure across RBC's UK and Channel Island operations, in particular for RBC's main subsidiary RBC Europe Limited (RBCEL) and RBC London Branch.
What will you do?
-
Assist the team in the production of the annual ICAAP, Recovery Plan and Risk Identification for various UK and European entities
-
Contribute to the enhancement and alignment of stress testing methodologies for UK and European entities (both macro and reverse stress testing).
-
Assist with the annual Risk Appetite review for UK entities.
-
Continuous improvement of economic and regulatory capital methodologies leveraging RBC standards and capabilities where possible.
-
Identifying and assisting with improvement/simplification of processes and initiatives.
-
Design and prepare management information and risk reporting for senior executives.
-
Assist with the refresh of Risk Management policies and frameworks.
-
Support Risk Governance activities.

Assist with ad-hoc requests as required
What do you need to succeed?

Undergraduate Degree in a technical discipline (such as Finance, Economics, Accountancy or other quantitative discipline).
