Marc Daniels are recruiting an Accountant - German Speaking to join a market leading company based in Maidenhead
If you are a fluent German speaker with accounting experience including accounts payable , account receivables and month end then this role is perfect for you
This is a hybrid permanent role (3 days in the office) - you must be within a commutable distance of Maidenhead
Responsibilities:
* Review, raise and verify client contracts and raise as Sales Orders into NetSuite financial system
* Review, raise, verify and generate invoices from NetSuite financial system
* Process, code and match purchase invoices and set up invoices for payment
* Process expense reports
* Prepare and process electronic bank transfers and payments
* Post transactions to journals, ledgers and other records
* Reconcile accounts payable and receivable transactions and ensure payments are up to date
* Maintain vendor files and liaise with vendors as needed, resolving queries
* Maintain client files and liaise with client as needed, resolving queries
* Maintain client POs and credit control
* Bank reconciliations
* Assist with month-end closing
Requirements:
* Must be able to speak German fluently
* Must have experience with ledger accounts
* Must possess excellent interpersonal and communications skills
* Proficient skills in Microsoft Excel
* Able to handle multiple duties and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
* NetSuite experience would be beneficial
