Asbestos Safety Advisor 


Salary: £35,287 to £37,880 per annum

Hours: 37 hours per week

Location: Office based and out in the community (must have full driving license) 

Job Type: Permanent

 

Overview:

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Contracts and Compliance team and are looking to recruit an Asbestos Safety Advisor. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

Assist the Asbestos Safety Compliance Officer in ensuring we comply with all applicable legislation, including Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012.Maintain and update the Asbestos register. Support the Asbestos Safety Compliance Officer by undertaking regular site audits of contractors including surveyors analysts, and removal contractors.Help Wolverhampton Homes’ delivery against the actions and priorities within the Asbestos Management Plan.Develop and maintain positive working relationships internally and with a range of partners by liaising with relevant teams, key stakeholders, and regulators through the management of our asbestos management plan.
