IT Engineer

We are seeking a IT Engineer to join our IT team at the College on a permanent basis. The role of the IT Engineer is to provide a professional, customer focused, efficient and comprehensive IT service delivery to the business, through second line advice, guidance and technical support to our customers. To work collaboratively with colleagues to continuously improve work practices; to provide effective support to satisfactory completion, identifying and resolving issues promptly; and to act as a role model for best practice and as an ambassador for the service.

Richmond upon Thames College is part of the Harrow, Richmond and Uxbridge College Group (HRUC) and is one of London’s most successful Further Education Colleges providing education and training to 16-19 year old’s and adults from across Richmond, London and Surrey, for over 80 years. We have opened a new building in 2020 and due to develop a brand-new technology-focused STEM Centre for 2024.  

This exciting and innovative new learning environment is located within the grounds of the current college site, so remains convenient for public transport links – it is adjacent to the A316 and just a short walk from Twickenham rail station and a number of regular London bus routes.
