Role Requirements:


Experience:

  • Qualified solicitor with at least 5 years in private client law
  • Ideally you will have existing relationships with referrers which you can bring to a new firm in order to develop your caseload
  • Handling wills, probate, estate administration, and tax planning matters
  • Advising on inheritance tax planning and powers of attorney
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients

Skills:

  • Strong client communication and relationship management
  • Ability to manage complex and sensitive situations
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a small team
