We are currently seeking a Marketing Communications Manager who will be responsible for performing key marketing operations and supporting external and internal marketing communication programs to drive brand awareness and generate marketing qualified leads. The successful candidate will also work with the global marketing team to develop integrated marketing strategies and capabilities in western markets (North America and Europe) to generate new commercial opportunities that drive significant impact on the organization.

What weâll get you doing:

  • Work with internal stakeholders to generate content and collateral for 3D Biology related technologies (i.e., reagents, organ-on-a-chip). Ensure product information is updated on the website and support day-to-day planning and execution of digital paid campaigns for lead generation.
  • Use lead generation tools and analytics, to closely monitor campaign effectiveness for continued improvement and optimization and report on success, and review plans at regular team meetings.
  • Ensure that the marketing budget is allocated in a cost-effective manner to maximize ROI.
  • Take responsibility for your own personal development and awareness of the market and competition.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

The essential requirements of the role include:

  • Excellent written and verbal skills in English; Ability to translate technical, scientific text into compelling content.
  • Experience in a similar marketing role within the Life Sciences industry
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft suite and working knowledge of marketing automation and design tools (i.e., HubSpot, Adobe Suite, etc.).
  • Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related discipline desirable.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Organ-on-a-chip technologies.
  • Delivery of multi-channel campaigns (digital and/or physical) with measurable results (i.e., Leads, the value of opportunities worth, sales)
