Are you a Calibration Engineer from any discipline looking to join a growing family run business who will offer a great work/ life balance with a 4 day week, the flexibility to choose if you would like to maximise earnings with overtime or enjoy a shorter working day, as well as training to progress your career?
On offer is the chance to join a business who will invest in your ongoing development to provide training in other areas, allowing you to progress your career to leadership positions, all the while enjoying a 4 day working week and optional overtime.
In this role you will be field based, carrying out a range of calibration such as Mass, Dimensional, process, electrical, mechanical, rheology, and torque. You will cover a UK wide patch with occasional international travel, stays away on average 2 days per week, with a requirement to commute to Lincolnshire once per week.
The role would suit an engineer with previous experience in any discipline of Calibration Engineering (training in the others provided), as well as a full UK driver's license. You must also be willing to stay away on average 2 days per week.
The Role:
*Monday - Thursday, 8-5 - 4 day week
*Calibration of various instrumentation and equipment
*Field based across the UK and occasional European travel
*Occasional stays away and travel to Lincolnshire once per week
The Person:
*Experience in any discipline of calibration engineering
*Process calibration experience particularly appealing
*Full UK Driver's license
*Based around the East Midlands
