Your Role at SephoraAs Sephora continues to expand its footprint across the UK, we are on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Visual Merchandising Manager to lead the charge in bringing our brand's vision to life in every store. You'll be at the heart of our store openings, ensuring that every visual element-from brand displays to bespoke Sephora fixtures-is perfectly executed. This role is all about creativity, precision, and collaboration as you manage the permanent visual merchandising aspects across our UK stores, working closely with internal teams and brand partners to deliver a seamless and captivating in-store experience. You will also be responsible for:In this dynamic role, you'll lead the visual merchandising efforts for our store openings, ensuring that every detail aligns with Sephora's brand vision and operational excellence. Your responsibilities will include:Store Openings: Oversee the global layout construction in partnership with category managers and the store rollout project team. Validate brand fixtures with the central team, ensuring they meet creative and technical standards. Coordinate the ordering and installation of Sephora-designed furniture, following EU guidelines, and adapt brand soft customization to local needs.Coordination & Execution: Manage the delivery and installation of all visual merchandising elements, including Sephora collections and institutional fixtures, in collaboration with the construction team. Oversee the organization and execution of VM setups with brands before store openings.Budget Management: Take full ownership of the visual merchandising budget for the UK, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within financial targets.Guideline Adaptation: Customize and communicate central VM guidelines to meet the specific needs of the UK market, ensuring consistency and brand integrity across all stores.What You'll BringWe are looking for a seasoned visual merchandising expert who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.
