We are looking for an Accounts administrator to work for a productive and busy company based in Cradley Heath. The company have been established for over 50 years and are a very successful business.

The main duties will be:
  • Handling supplier invoices on a daily basis, ensuring matching to purchase orders and delivery notes.
  • Entering purchase orders and receiving orders on to the system.
  • Distribution of supplier invoices for authorisation to various departments.
  • Processing supplier invoices via Lakeview (LM4) software.
  • Ensuring all supplier invoices are filed accurately and timely.
  • Reconciliation of supplier statements.
  • Other ad hoc tasks and support to other accounts office activities.


The successful candidate will have the following skills:
  • Good time keeping and time management.
  • Highly organised.
  • Proficient in word excel and outlook.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience in a similar role is advantageous
