Cleaners needed - Bideford, North Devon

An opportunity to start a 16 week temporary role as a cleaner in Bideford. To work in an interesting environment. The job could lead to a permanent position with a really busy company. All equipment and PPE will be provided.

The contract will be for 40 hours per week, there is flexibility around start and finish times.

Day to day:

• To clean a large naval ship which has come in to port for a refurbishment.
• Sweeping, hoovering, changing bins, managing waste, wiping down, polishing and disinfecting areas of the ship.
• The works are pre planned and fairly straightforward.
• To complete a security form and attend an induction prior to start.
• All PPE and equipment will be provided to you.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in cleaning is non essential but may be an advantage.
• To be able to work in an environment where professionalism and responsibility is required all times.
• Good work ethic.
• Clean driving licence and transport is non essential but would be an advantage.
• Good timekeeping.
• All PPE and equipment will be provided to you.
