have a background working in large hotelsManage and organise the kitchenBring flair and creativeness into the kitchenPlan and organise menus to the highest standardsManage, train and develop the teamEnsure the kitchen is run adhering to all health and hygiene standardsOversee and develop stock delivery and control procedures
