The Role

As a Production Operative, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process. You will be responsible for performing various tasks to ensure the efficient and timely production of our products.

This is a full time permanent opportunity with overtime available. Hours of work will be Monday - Wednesday 06:30 -18:30.

Pay: £11.60 per hour

Key Accountabilities

Verify product specifications (size, weight, colour).

Adjust machine settings for different products.

Report faults in products / machinery to team leader.

Processing meat products.

Pack and label goods.

Maintain hygiene and cleanliness procedures.

Adhere to Health & Safety rules.

Skills and Experience Required

Attention to detail.

Ability to work quickly in order to meet production targets.

Good team working skills and the ability to work on own.

Ability to follow strict health & safety guidelines and quality procedures.

Patience to carry out repetitive tasks.

Self-motivation.

Ability to be flexible and adapt to change as required.
